Field	Description
Sorted By	Specifies the order in which the list results display. Sort order is numerical, 0-99999 or alphabetical, A-Z.
Field Office Type	Field office/zip code relationship(s) to include in the list: All Field Offices - Both Jurisdictional and Lender Option field offices. Jurisdictional - Primary field office for the zip code area. Lender Option - Secondary (alternative) field office for the zip code area.
Field Office	Name of the HUD field office territory to include in the list.
State	State(s) to include in the list.
Zip Code	U.S. Postal Service Zonal Improvement Plan (ZIP) code to include in the list.
City	City to include in the list.
County Code	Three-character Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) code to include in the list.
County Name	Name of the county to include in the list.

Errors

If there is an error that needs to be corrected, a Message field appears on the Zip Codes page and a corresponding Error(s) Detected field. These fields provide information about correcting the error.
