203k Calculator:
Used for Standard and Limited 203(k) Rehabilitation Mortgage purchase and refinance cases that have been assigned an FHA Case Number. Sign on to the FHA Connection and authorization is required (see User Authorizations). This option is available from the Case Processing menu of the FHA Connection.

Note: Once 203k Calculator is started for a 203(k) case, you must complete it in order to continue case processing; therefore, you may wish to process the case information using the calculator available from the HUD.gov website (see below) prior to entering the case information via the FHA Connection.

Used if you do not have access to the FHA Connection and/or do not have an FHA Case Number but would like to research the financial requirements for a 203(k) Rehabilitation Mortgage. This interactive blank form version is available at: https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/f17203k-look.cfm. No case information is saved when using this calculator version.

Note: You may want to use this version of the calculator to process your case information as a test. Then, when you have all case data processed accurately, print the 203k Calculator Results page and use it as a reference when using 203k Calculator via the FHA Connection.
