A Limited 203(k) case (a) does not require the use of a 203(k) Consultant (the use of one is optional), (b) has no minimum repair cost, and (c) is used for minor remodeling and repairs. The maximum repair cost cannot exceed $75,000.
Note: For a Limited 203(k) case for which an FHA case number was assigned prior to 11/04/2024, the total rehabilitation cost amount cannot exceed $35,000 or $50,000 for property located within a Quality Opportunity Zone (QOZ),
