This record was last updated on [date]Date on which the most recent change to the condominium information was made.
NameName under which the condominium project was incorporated.
AliasCommonly used name for the condominium other than the legal name.
Condo IDFHA's identifier for the condominium project.
SubmissionNumber identifying a distinct set of units within the condominium project. Formerly, referred to as the Phase of the project.
LocationCity, state, and zip code in which the condominium project is located.
Field OfficeHUD field office territory in which the condominium project is located.
StatusApproval status of the condominium project/submission.
Approved: Condominium project/submission is approved. Applications for FHA mortgage insurance can be processed for units in the condominium project/submission.
Pending: Condominium project/submission is pending approval.
Rejected: Condominium project/submission is not approved.
-or-
Single-unit approval condominium project.
Withdrawn: Condominium project/submission was previously approved. Currently, however, applications for FHA mortgage insurance cannot be processed for units in the condominium project/submission.
DateDate (month dd, yyyy) the status of the condominium project/submission became effective.
Manufactured HousingIndicator specifying whether the condominium project is classified as manufactured housing.
Construction CodeBuilding status, including:
Proposed Construction: Property where no concrete or permanent material has been placed. (Digging of footing is not considered permanent.)
Substantial Rehabilitation: Property is being repaired and mortgage is being insured under Section 203(k).
Under Construction: Construction period from the first placement of permanent material to 100 percent completion with no Certificate of Occupancy or equivalent.
Existing Construction: Construction is 100% complete and the building is habitable. Note: Used for an existing building more than one year old.
New Construction (Less than 1 Year): Property that is 100 percent complete and was completed less than one year from the date of the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy or equivalent. The property was never occupied.
Completion YearYear construction was completed, if applicable.
MonthMonth construction was completed, if applicable.
High Ratio EligibleIndicates if the condominium project's units qualify for high loan-to-value ratio mortgages.
Units RejectedNumber of units in the condominium project/submission that are not eligible for FHA mortgage insurance.
Special ConditionsProperty conditions and requirements noted during HUD's review that must be addressed prior to approval.
Special Conditions Satisfied for EndorsementIndicates if the Special Conditions previously noted in HUD's review of the condominium project have been resolved.
RemarksPertinent information and notes regarding the condominium project that are entered and viewed by authorized lender and HUD personnel.
