| Field | Description |
| FHA Case Number | Unique 10-digit identifier assigned to the mortgage by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA). |
| New Originator ID | Ten-digit FHA ID of the new FHA-approved lender to which the case
is being transferred (originator or principal). -or- If only the agent is being changed, this is the 10-digit FHA ID of the current originator/principal. |

| New Sponsored Originator EIN | Nine-digit Employer Identification Number (EIN) of the new sponsored originator to which the case
is being transferred. -or- If only the sponsor is being changed, this is the EIN of the current sponsored originator. |
| New Sponsor/Agent ID | Ten-digit FHA ID of the new sponsor or agent to which the case is being transferred. -or- If only the sponsored originator or principal is being changed, this is the 10-digit FHA of the current sponsor or agent. |
| Date of Assignment Letter | Month, day, and year (mm/dd/yy) of the written Letter of Assignment transferring the case to a new mortgage originator; effective date of a sponsor or agent change. |
| Appraisal Transfer | Specifies whether the property appraisal for the case is also being transferred. |
