Field Description
FHA Case Number Unique 10-digit identifier assigned to the mortgage by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA).
New Originator ID Ten-digit FHA ID of the new FHA-approved lender to which the case is being transferred (originator or principal).

If only the agent is being changed, this is the 10-digit FHA ID of the current originator/principal.
-or-  
New Sponsored Originator EIN Nine-digit Employer Identification Number (EIN) of the new sponsored originator to which the case is being transferred.
-or-
If only the sponsor is being changed, this is the EIN of the current sponsored originator.
New Sponsor/Agent ID Ten-digit FHA ID of the new sponsor or agent to which the case is being transferred.
-or-
If only the sponsored originator or principal is being changed, this is the 10-digit FHA of the current sponsor or agent.
Date of Assignment Letter Month, day, and year (mm/dd/yy) of the written Letter of Assignment transferring the case to a new mortgage originator; effective date of a sponsor or agent change.
Appraisal Transfer Specifies whether the property appraisal for the case is also being transferred.
