Case/Appraisal Transfer Results Page - Field Descriptions

The field descriptions for the Case/Appraisal Transfer Results page are listed below in the order they appear on the page.

Field	Description
FHA Case Number	Unique 10-digit identifier assigned to the mortgage by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA).
New Originator ID	Ten-digit FHA ID, name, and address of the FHA-approved lender to which the case was transferred (originator or principal). -or- If only the agent was changed, this is the current originator/principal and is not a transfer to a new originator/principal.

New Sponsored Originator EIN	Nine-digit Employer Identification Number (EIN) and name of the sponsored originator to which the case was transferred. -or- If only the sponsor was changed, this is the current sponsored originator and is not a transfer to a new sponsored originator.
New Sponsor/Agent ID	Ten-digit FHA ID of the new sponsor or agent to which the case was transferred. -or- If only the sponsored originator or principal was changed, this is the 10-digit FHA of the current sponsor or agent.
Date of Assignment Letter	Month, day, and year (mm/dd/yy) of the written Letter of Assignment transferring the case to a new mortgage originator; effective date of a sponsor or agent change.
Appraisal Transfer	Specifies whether the property appraisal for the case is also being transferred.
