The field descriptions for the Escrow Closeout Report Results page are listed below in the order they appear on the page.

Field Description

Lender ID First five characters of the FHA's unique 10-character identifier for the lender's home office.
Report for Month and year for which the report was generated; monthly reporting period.
Viewable PDF Report Link to the entire Escrow Closeout Report in PDF format for viewing and printing (and date the report was generated). Note: Not Available is displayed if there is nothing to report for the month or the report is not currently available.
Downloadable Raw Data Links to the sections of the Escrow Closeout Report for downloading in Microsoft® Excel file format (.xls) (and dates the report sections were generated)
