Field Description

FHA Case Number Unique 10-digit identifier assigned to the mortgage by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA).

Borrower(s) were referred to the following HECM Counseling Agencies - Agency ID [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] List of national and local FHA-approved housing counseling agencies offering HECM counseling to which the borrower was referred, including the name, address, and five-digit Housing Counseling System (HCS) ID for each agency.
Borrower(s) were not referred to any HECM Counseling Agencies for the reason Reason the lender did not provide a list of FHA-approved housing counseling agencies that offer HECM counseling.
