Field Description

Sorted by Order in which the Mortgage Insurance Certificate (MIC) list or Notice of Return (NOR) (a/k/a Notice of Non-endorsement) list is displayed.

Home Office ID First five digits of the FHA's unique 10-digit identifier for the home office of the originating lender, its sponsor, or agent.

Lender ID FHA's unique 10-digit identifier for the originating lender or its sponsor or agent.

Cases Originated by Indicator specifying whether the originating lender processed the cases or its sponsor or agent.

Last Action Indicator specifying whether the case was endorsed for FHA insurance.

Insured: Case was endorsed.

NOR: Notice of Return; case was not endorsed.

Begin Date Month, day, and year (mm/dd/yyyy) starting the period within which the cases were issued a Mortgage Insurance Certificate (MIC) or Notice of Return (NOR) (a/k/a Notice of Non-endorsement).

End Date Month, day, and year (mm/dd/yyyy) ending the period within which the cases were issued a Mortgage Insurance Certificate (MIC) or Notice of Return (NOR) (a/k/a Notice of Non-endorsement).
