The field descriptions for the Case Cancellation Report Results page are listed below in the order they appear on the page.
| Field | Description |

| Lender ID | First five digits of the FHA's unique 10-digit identifier for the lender's home office. |
| Report for | Month and year for which the report was generated; monthly reporting period. |
| Viewable PDF Report | Link to the entire Pending Case Cancellation Report in PDF format for viewing and printing (and date the report was generated). Note: Not Available is displayed if there is nothing to report for the month or the report is not currently available. |
| Downloadable Raw Data | Link to the Pending Case Cancellation Report for downloading in Microsoft® Excel file format (.xls) (and dates the report was generated) |
Note: If the Downloadable Raw Data link is clicked and there is a problem retrieving the data (e.g., loss of connection, file was deleted, etc.), the Case Cancellation Report Download page appears with an error message. The Errors Detected field in the Details section of the page states: Unable to Download Data. Try Again Later.
