Field Descriptions

The field descriptions for the Pending Case Cancellation Report page are listed below in the order they appear on the report.

Field

Description

Case Number

Unique 10-digit identifier assigned to the mortgage by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA).

Lender Type

Role of the lender or broker in originating the mortgage:

•	Orig: FHA-approved lender that originated the mortgage.
•	LC: Loan correspondent (mortgage banker or broker) originated the mortgage for an FHA-approved lender acting as a sponsor.
•	TPO: Third party originator (TPO) or sponsored originator (mortgage banker or broker) originated the mortgage for an FHA-approved lender acting as a sponsor.
•	Spnsr: FHA-approved lender acting as a sponsor for a loan correspondent or sponsored originator that originated the mortgage.
•	Prncp: FHA-approved lender that originated the mortgage as a principal in a principal-agent relationship.
•	Agent: FHA-approved lender that originated the mortgage as an agent in a principal-agent relationship.

Originator ID / Name

Ten-digit FHA ID and name of the originator, loan correspondent, or principal that originated the mortgage.

Nine-digit Employer Identification Number (preceded by a zero) and name of the mortgage banker or broker that originated the mortgage as a sponsored originator.

Sponsor ID / Name

Ten-digit FHA ID and name of the FHA-approved lender that originated the mortgage as an agent or sponsor.

Lender Reference

Identifier assigned to the case by the lender, such as a loan number.

Last Action Code & Date

Three-character code for the last action taken for the case and the date of the last action. The codes are explained at the end of the report and include the following:

F05	Firm Commitment Reconsideration Decision Date
F06	Firm Commitment Reconsideration Reject Date
F07	Firm Commitment Reconsideration Expiration Date
E01	Insurance Application Submitted Date
E02	Closing Package Logging Date
E03	Notice of Return (NOR) Issue Date
E04	Resubmission Closing Package Logging Date
E05	Notice of Return (NOR) Resubmission Issue Date

Borrower Name

Last name, first name, and middle initial of the mortgagor.

Property Address

House number, street name, city, state, and zip code of the property (including unit number, if applicable).

Scheduled Cancel Date

Date the case will be canceled if no further action is taken on the case.
