  Requirements  
  To make changes to case information on record in HUD's Origination system:

 Get the authorization needed to make changes using the FHA Connection.

 Obtain the assigned case number.
 
bullet

Update the information before the case is endorsed (see How?). For an endorsed case, contact the FHA Resource Center at 800-CALLFHA (800-225-5342) for assistance.
