  Updating Case Information  
  How?  
  Prior to endorsement, most case information can be added or changed using Case Number Assignment Update. Exceptions include:

 ADP Code: HECM to non-HECM or non-HECM to HECM

 Address: Use Borrower/Address Change
   
bullet
 Borrower Information: Use Borrower/Address Change
   
bullet
 Field Office: If the Field Office must be changed, contact the FHA Resource Center at 800-CALLFHA (800-225-5342) for assistance.

 Lender Notes: You may only enter Lender Notes during your initial Case Number Assignment request.

 Originator ID: Use Case/Appraisal Transfer
   
bullet
 Refinance Information: Use Refinance Authorization
   
bullet
 Secondary Residence
   
bullet
 Sponsor/Agent ID: Use Case/Appraisal Transfer
   
bullet
 Sponsored Originator: Use Case/Appraisal Transfer

 Other information may not be updated depending on the specific details of the case; contact the FHA Resource Center at 800-CALLFHA
