Date the Condominiums List page is retrieved.

This record was last updated on [month dd, yyyy] Date on which the most recent change to the condominium information was made.
Name Legal name under which the condominium was incorporated.
Alias Commonly used name for the condominium other than the legal name.
Condo ID FHA's identifier for the condominium project.
Phase Identifies a legal subsection of the condominium.
Location City, state, and zip code in which the condominium is located.
Field Office HUD field office territory in which the condominium is located.
Status Current HUD approval status of the condominium.
Approved: Condominium is eligible for FHA insurance endorsement.
Pending: Condominium application has been submitted and is undergoing review by HUD.
Rejected: Condominium is not eligible for FHA insurance endorsement.
Withdrawn: Condominium was previously eligible for FHA insurance endorsement but is currently neither approved nor eligible for FHA insurance endorsement.
Date Date (mmmm dd, yyyy) the status of the condominium became effective.
Manufactured Housing Indicator specifying whether the condominium is classified as manufactured housing.
Construction Code Building status, including:
Proposed Construction: Site, plans, and materials for the property were approved by the FHA, Department of Veterans Affairs, or eligible lender underwriter before construction began, or the site is covered by an "early start" letter. Note: Can also be used for an existing building less than one year old.
Substantial Rehabilitation: Property is being repaired and insured under Section 203k.
Under Construction: Construction has begun but site, plans, and materials for the property were not previously approved by the FHA.
Existing Construction: Construction is 100% complete and building can be occupied. Note: Generally used for an existing building more than one year old.
Completion Year Year construction was completed, if applicable.
Month Month construction was completed, if applicable.
High Ratio Eligible Indicates if condominium qualifies for a high loan-to-value ratio mortgage.
Units Rejected Portion of the condominium that is not eligible for FHA insurance endorsement.
Special Conditions Property conditions and requirements noted during HUD's review that must be addressed prior to approval.
Special Conditions Satisfied for Endorsement Indicates if the Special Conditions previously noted in HUD's review of the condominium have been resolved.
Remarks Pertinent information and notes regarding the condominium.
