Condominiums List - Field Descriptions

The field descriptions for the Condominiums List page are listed below in the order they appear on the page.

Field

Description

Condominiums as of [mm/dd/yyyy]

Date the condominium information is retrieved.

Name/Alias

Name under which the condominium was incorporated and commonly used name for the condominium other than the legal name.

Condo ID

Condo ID and Phase code of the condominium project.

Manufactured Housing

Indicator specifying whether the condominium is classified as manufactured housing.

City

City in which the condominium is located.

State

State in which the condominium is located.

Zip Code

U.S. Postal Service Zonal Improvement Plan (ZIP) code for the geographic location of the condominium.

Status

Current HUD approval status of the condominium(s) included in the requested list.

Approved: Condominium is eligible for FHA insurance endorsement.

Pending: Condominium application has been submitted and is undergoing review by HUD.

Rejected: Condominium is not eligible for FHA insurance endorsement.

Withdrawn: Condominium was previously eligible for FHA insurance endorsement but is currently neither approved nor eligible for FHA insurance endorsement.

Field Office

HUD field office territory in which the condominium is located.
