Field	Description
Sorted by	Specifies the order in which the list results appear. Selection choices include: Condo Name, Condo ID, Alias Name, City, Zip Code, and State. Sort order is numerical, 0-99999, or alphabetical, A-Z, based upon the selection.
Field Office	HUD field office territory in which the condominium is located.
State	State in which the condominium is located.
Condo ID	FHA's identifier for the condominium project.
Condo Name	Legal name under which the condominium was incorporated.
City	City in which the condominium is located.
Zip Code	U.S. Postal Service Zonal Improvement Plan (ZIP) code for the geographic location of the condominium.
Status	Current HUD approval status of the condominium(s) to be included in the requested list. Selection choices include: Approved: Condominium is eligible for FHA insurance endorsement. Pending: Condominium application has been submitted and is undergoing review by HUD. Rejected: Condominium is not eligible for FHA insurance endorsement. Withdrawn: Condominium was previously eligible for FHA insurance endorsement but is currently neither approved nor eligible for FHA insurance endorsement. All: Includes all condominiums in the list that meet the other selection criteria, no matter what the status.
