facilitates retrieving your list and allows you to focus on a particular
counselor, desired location, or counselor status. |

partial information (one or more characters) to search for
records that begin with the entered text. |

If multiple
fields allow a partial entry, you may enter partial search
criteria in more than one field to further customize your request.

entering all search information (full and/or partial), the system
locates only matched
counselors, based on your entered criteria. If no counselor(s)
match all your specifications, the HECM
Counselors page appears with a message indicating no
records found. |
