Access Authorizations - Condominium Reviewer Registry

You must be authorized to access the Condominium Reviewer Registry function on the FHA Connection. Contact your FHA Connection Application Coordinator if you do not have but need authorization. Based upon your job responsibilities, one of the available authorizations may be granted:

bullet
Update:  Allows the user to establish condominium reviewer records and maintain the information as needed.

bullet
Query: Allows the user to only view condominium reviewer information, no updates are permitted.

bullet
Not Authorized: User is not permitted to view, establish, or maintain reviewer information.

This authorization should not be confused with the authorization necessary for the Direct Endorsement Lender Review and Approval Process (DELRAP). A separate authorization is necessary to establish and/or maintain a condominium project in the FHA Connection. Once a condominium reviewer's record is successfully established in the FHA Connection and a Reviewer ID is issued, the Application Coordinator must then grant Update authorization to Condominium Approval Maintenance. Once this authorization is granted, the individual may begin their work as a condominium reviewer.
