  Using the Condominium Reviewer Registry  
  Updating Condominium Reviewer Information  
 

Periodically, it may be necessary to make updates to a condominium reviewer's record. Below are a few points to remember when editing a record:

Only authorized lender users may update the record of a condominium reviewer employed by the lender--a user cannot update records of condominium reviewers employed by other lenders.

The condominium reviewer must have an Active status on the Condominium Reviewer Registry before any updates may be made--Terminated records cannot be updated.

To end the use of an employee as a condominium reviewer, enter the current date in the Reviewer End Date field for the Current Employer (a past or future date is not permitted). Once a date is entered, the lender may not use the condominium reviewer for the DELRAP condominium approval method.

To restart the use of an employee as a condominium reviewer, delete the date in the Reviewer End Date field for the Current Employer and process.

Checking the Limited Denial of Participation (LDP) and Excluded Parties List System (EPLS) (accessed using the System for Award Management (SAM)) certifications in the Employee Information section of the page is not necessary when updating a record.

A search in the Credit Alert Verification Reporting System (CAIVRS) is performed each time an update is made and successfully processed. If the employee is located in CAIVRS, the record is automatically terminated and the reviewer cannot be used by any lender for the DELRAP condominium approval process. If a record is located, a warning message is displayed at the top of the Condominium Reviewer Registry Maintenance page indicating the Federal debt claim/default.
