Unconditional DE lenders maintain information
on their employees registered to process condominium projects for
the Direct Endorsement Lender Review and Approval Process (DELRAP)
condominium approval process. The Condominium
Reviewer Registry page allows lenders to request a
customized listing of condominium reviewers employed by them. A
few suggestions are provided below to aid in the use of this
page:

|
When conducting
a search using the reviewer's name, enter a partial
last name in the Reviewer
Last Name field. This eliminates the problem of
not knowing a complete name and/or avoids spelling/typographical
errors that can cause a search failure. Example:
Enter Ba to
include all last names beginning with those two letters,
such as Babcock, Baker, Baron, Baxter, etc. |
|
|
|
Status refers
to the current FHA approval status of a condominium reviewer.
To ensure that a reviewer is not excluded, select Both from
the Status drop-down
list to include reviewers with either Active or Terminated status
so that no reviewer is excluded
from the list based upon their current status.

When reviewing a
Condominium
Reviewer List,
if the word Expired is displayed
below a Reviewer ID, this
indicates that the reviewer's recertification was not processed
before the expiration date--a reviewer's record must be recertified
every two years. Until the recertification
is successfully processed, the reviewer may not review/approve
condominium projects for the DELRAP condominium approval method.

Reviewer's Record.) |
