Every two years a condominium reviewer’s record
that is established in the FHA Connection must be recertified.
Direct Endorsement lenders must recertify that the reviewer is
still employed by them and remains qualified for reviewing/approving
condominium projects for the Direct Endorsement Lender Review and
Approval Process (DELRAP) condominium approval process. Failure
to recertify a reviewer prevents the employee from processing any
further condominium projects.
Lenders are responsible for tracking
their condominium reviewer records for recertification. If a reviewer
is not recertified in a timely manner, Expired is displayed below
the reviewer’s name on the Condominium
Reviewer Registry List page.
To recertify a record, use the Condominium
Reviewer Registry page to locate the employee’s record
and then:

verify
and update the displayed information as needed, |
|
|
|
enter the
e-mail address information in the Work Email Address and
Confirm Email Address fields, |
|
|
|
certify that the
reviewer does not have a record in either the Limited
Denial of Participation (LDP) or Excluded
Parties List System (EPLS) federal system,
and |
|
|
|
acknowledge that
all information is correct to the best of your knowledge. |
