  Using the Condominium Reviewer Registry  
  Establishing a Condominium Reviewer Record  
 

Unconditional Direct Endorsement (DE) lenders may establish a condominium reviewer in HUD's system of record for employees who are certified by them for the Direct Endorsement Lender Review and Approval Process (DELRAP) condominium approval method. Before establishing a condominium reviewer's record, you should confirm the employee:

Does not have a record in any of the following federal systems:
   
 
bullet
Credit Alert Verification Reporting System (CAIVRS)
 
bullet
Limited Denial of Participation (LDP)
 
bullet
Excluded Parties List System (EPLS) (accessed via the System for Award Management (SAM))
   
bullet
Has an FHA Connection User ID, and
   
bullet
Is not already established in HUD's system of record, Condominium Reviewer Registry.
   
Once all verifications are complete, use Condominium Reviewer Registry Maintenance to establish the condominium reviewer record. Below are some key points to remember when entering this information:

Information is required in every field except the Middle Initial and Suffix fields.

The current date must be entered in the Reviewer Start Date field. No future or past date is allowed.

Certify that the employee being entered is not on the LDP or EPLS (via SAM) systems by clicking the associated checkbox. If unsure, you may use the Limited Denial of Participation (LDP) or Excluded Parties List System (EPLS) link on the page to verify this information is accurate.

Certify that to the best of your knowledge the entered information is accurate by clicking the associated checkbox.
   
 

Once the condominium reviewer's information is successfully entered, the individual is issued a reviewer identification number. This six-character FHA-assigned number stays associated with the individual throughout his/her tenure as a condominium reviewer, no matter what lender is the employer.
