Insurance Application cannot be processed if loan to value (LTV) ratio exceeds HUD limits.

Case information used to calculate LTV must be entered correctly.
   
bullet Mortgage Amount (w/o financed UFMIP) must be within Federal Housing Administration (FHA) mortgage limits.
   
bullet Complete the Secondary Financing Update page (available from Case Processing) for each secondary financing source utilized by the borrower.
   
bullet If 203k Calculator was completed for a 203(k) Rehabilitation Mortgage Insurance case, some fields are labeled differently and are pre-filled with view-only information from 203k Calculator.
