  LI Endorsement Process

bullet
Successful LI Endorsement (case binder is requested)

bullet An electronic Mortgage Insurance Certificate (MIC) is available for viewing and printing using Mortgage Insurance Certificate.

bullet The endorsed case is selected for post-endorsement technical review (PETR) or appraiser review, and FHA requests a case binder for review purposes.

Note: The first five cases endorsed by a lender that is new to the LI program are automatically selected for PETR.
