The steps outlined below introduce the "hold" process and how it works when borrower information is updated after a case number is assigned.

The lender updates borrower information via
Borrower/Address Change
or Insurance Application.

System performs initial borrower validation.

If there are no errors, borrower information is validated overnight and a warning message indicates you should check Holds Tracking.

Failed validations appear in Holds Tracking the next business day.
