Follow these guidelines when searching for a case in Holds Tracking:

	Lender ID is not required when searching for cases requested by your lending institution.
	Ensure the Lender ID (if entered) is correct.
	Select only one search choice:
		By Status of the Case
		By Street Name
		By Last Name
